OVERVIEW
Get Your Company Growth Ready
Position yourself for growth with a solid and informed plan backed by historical performance, data, and financials. Demonstrate to yourself, employees, investors, and other stakeholders that you have clear goals, a plan to get there and can defend the assumptions behind the strategy.
Day 1: 90-Day Outlook
Practice your analytical skills with a Social Impact Business Growth case study. Evaluate where your company stands today by analyzing revenue streams, cost drivers, unit economics and process bottlenecks. Create a 90-day plan that will ensure you meet key immediate goals related to revenue maximization and cost optimization. Get introduced to the major components of a strategic growth plan.
Day 2: 3-Horizons into the Future
Craft a Big Hairy Goal that will drive your vision forward. Deep dive into the tools used for growth mapping: benchmarking, the 3 horizons of short- and long-term goal setting, and scenario planning. Plan your growth strategy based on these tools, taking into account industry trends, Key Performance Indicators, and organizational capacity. Get support in identifying and testing your assumptions each step of the way. Engage with the community during structured networking.
Day 3: Operational Plan
Prioritize your short- and long- term goals based on costs, revenue potential and ease of implementation. Create an implementation plan that defines actionable steps needed to achieve your plan’s short-term goals. Define the cost and revenue drivers associated with each activity to later build and defend your financial projections. Practice presenting where your company is today and where it is going in the future to a panel of seasoned business owners and startups for feedback and suggestions.
